Cauliflower Pizza Recipe
- 200 grams of cabbage
- 60 g cornstarch
- 2 tbsp. Corn flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 120 grams of parmesan
- 50 g tomato soup
- 100 grams halomi
- 50 grams of sun-dried tomatoes
- 10 black olives
- 1 handful of arugula
- Salt pepper
- 1 drop of olive oil
Place the washed cauliflower in a blender with cornstarch, egg, olive oil, salt and parmesan. Mix for a few minutes to get a smooth and sticky clean. Add the cornstarch and mix again for a few seconds.
Place the flour on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprinkle with a little cornstarch to form a circle about 20 cm in diameter before placing it with your hands.
Bake for 10 minutes at 240 ° C.
Spread the tomato soup and then prepare halomi, dried tomatoes and black olives. Cook again for 5 to 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with arugula and drizzle with olive oil. Serve immediately with salt and pepper.
