Food – Are you preparing for the tenth barbecue of the year and are you coming up with ideas? Tick Talk users will motivate you to help you change your diet. They cook food that they did not intend to work on the barbecue on social media. As shown in the video above. Among them are avocados, melons, asparagus or artichokes.
If avocado is the best fruit to put in a salad or toast, it can go with margarine and chipulatas when ripe on the barbecue.
To do this, cut the avocado in half and grease each half with olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper and cook everything on the barbecue for about 3 minutes. Once the avocado is well smoked, add the tomatoes, feta cheese and olives in the middle and you’re done!
For those who love sweet and savory food, choose roasted melon. Cut the water into pieces, place them on the barbecue and season with salt. Bake on each side for 5 minutes. Add basil, feta and your favorite spices. All that is left is to taste!
Smoked asparagus and artichokes
Asparagus and artichoke are some of the vegetables you would not like to fry. To do this, rub your asparagus with olive oil, salt and your choice of spices. Place them in an aluminum foil and place them on the barbecue for about two minutes.
For artichokes, be careful to boil them to make them softer. Remove the flowers, in other words the artichoke “hairs”. Add olive oil, salt and pepper for 3 minutes on each side. Enjoy your lunch!
