Recipe Pavlova with red fruits and peas
- 4 egg whites
- 100 grams of caster sugar
- 100 grams of sugar powder
- 1 c. Corn flour
- A few drops of lemon
- 200 ml whole cream 30% fat
- 50 g mascarpone
- 20 grams of caster sugar
- 200 grams of red fruits
- 2 Parsley fruit
Beat egg whites. When you start to mix together, slowly pour in the powdered sugar for 5 minutes at high speed. Marmida should be soft and firm.
