Pizza night? To change from a traditional wheat flour dough, here is a recipe for Polinta. Corn flour is easily shaped after cooking, which allows you to create pie cakes or pancakes.

You will need 4 people: 150 grams of powdered pollen, 300 ml of water, 300 ml of semi-skimmed milk, 40 grams of chopped parmesan, 2 tbsp tomatoes preserved in olive oil, salt and pepper.

The ingredients you choose to fill: ham, mozzarella, mushrooms, olives … is your decision!


Pour the water and milk into a saucepan, then pour in the pollenta semolina and mix well. Still, chop the shredded, parmesan and canned tomatoes into small pieces. Cook for 5 minutes until the batter thickens and comes out of the pan.

Create pizza bases with this preparation Place a small pile of pizza on a greased baking sheet and immediately spread it on the back of a spoon in cold water to prevent it from sticking to the dough. Try to create circular shapes about one centimeter thick. Decorate the top level with the ingredients you choose. Pour in olive oil and sprinkle with oregano.

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Place the mini-pizzas in the oven and cook for fifteen minutes. Serve them with rocket leaves and enjoy!
