Recipe Spaghetti with Meatballs
- 350 g spaghetti
- 500 g tomato juice
- A few basil leaves
- 1 carrot
- 125 g broccoli
- 125 g mushrooms
- 1 Spring onion
- 1 quintal of garlic
- 400 g boiled meat (or boiled meat)
- 120 g bread crumbs
- 60 grams of parmesan
- 1 egg
- Salt pepper
- olive oil
Wash the vegetables. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. Finely chop the broccoli and mushrooms. Peel and chop the garlic and spring onion.
In a salad bowl, combine the vegetables with the roasted meat, garlic, onion, bread crumbs, eggs and parmesan. Season well with salt and pepper.
Make balls by hand and place them in a hot and oiled pan. On medium heat, cook the meatballs then pour in the tomato paste and cook for 15 minutes.
In the meantime, cook the spaghetti for the time indicated on the package. Turn them off and then add a drop of olive oil and chopped basil leaves.
Divide the spaghetti between plates and add to the meatballs and tomato sauce. Taste fresh!
